Local author-storytellers Chen Wei Teng, Eva Wong Nava and Suzannah Chua will present two stories under the Live To Inspire series: “Murphy, See How You Shine!” and “The Boy Who Talks in Bits and Bobs”. “One Man and His Life” will also be featured.
Songs relating to the themes of friendship, kindness, love and self-acceptance will be played and sung on the ukulele by the author-storytellers in a Disney-style musical. Children (and their parents!) can look forward to an afternoon of fun with stories, singalong participation and quizzes, and come to understand the local flavour of children’s literature. The authors will also be available at the end of the programme to meet the children and sign autographs.

About the Organiser
Suzannah and Wei Teng are local author-educators whose love for introducing students to stories and words led them to delve into picture book writing. Eva is a seasoned writer with several books to her name. The three authors bonded over their passion for bridging gaps and bringing people together through events such as Story Concerto.
